Proposal for a Religious Itinerary - Monasteries Route in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba

On February 4th, ADETUR Rotas do Pinhão, represented by President Edelar Luiz Comparin and Administrative Director Hálisson Benini, presented the religious itinerary "Path of the Monasteries of the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba" to Vera Lúcia Meza, a representative of the State Secretariat of Tourism (SETU). In addition to valuing important temples of devotion, the program offers experiences of leisure, reflection, and regional gastronomy, covering the main municipalities such as Rio Negro, Campo do Tenente, with a stop at the winery in Quitandinha, and Mandirituba. The route includes the Trapist Monastery in Campo do Tenente, the Benedictine Sisters Monastery in Mandirituba, and the historic churches of Rio Negro, valuing faith, culture, and regional tourism. On this occasion, SETU was requested to share the proposal at the 8th Paraná Religious Tourism Forum, expanding its dissemination at the state level.

During the event, institutional dialogues were also held with state authorities to strengthen partnerships and discuss initiatives aimed at the development of regional tourism.

9th MEETING AMBROSIOS PATH PORTAL

On February 20th, ADETUR Rotas do Pinhão participated in the 9th Meeting of the Caminho dos Ambrósios Portal, from the Rotas do Pinhão sector of the Greater Atlantic Forest Reserve, held at Eco Guaricana headquarters in São José dos Pinhais, with the presence of Sônia Beatriz (Technical Director) and Jane Dissenha (ADETUR Counselor). During the meeting, the actions of the annual portal calendar were aligned and initiatives to support Private Natural Heritage Reserves (RPPNs) were discussed, in addition to listening to the demands of network members. Next steps were also discussed, such as the organization of a tour planning workshop, expanding the recruitment of entrepreneurs, and encouraging the strategic use of the Greater Reserve website for tourism promotion. The participation reinforces the commitment to sustainable tourism development and the visibility of entrepreneurs in the region.
